What is car detailing?
Detailing is the thorough cleaning and reconditioning of a vehicle — inside and out. Unlike a classic wash, detailing aims for a like-new result.
The order of steps: always from outside to inside, top to bottom
Step 1: Pre-rinse
Rinse the car with clear water to remove coarse dirt. Do not touch the bodywork yet.
Step 2: Exterior wash
Apply shampoo (ideally with a foam cannon), wash section by section from top to bottom, rinse and dry with a microfiber towel.
Step 3: Decontamination (if necessary)
If the bodywork has tar, resin, or embedded brake dust deposits, treat these areas before polishing.
Step 4: Polish (if necessary)
If the paint has micro-scratches or lacks shine, apply polish with a microfiber cloth or a polisher.
Step 5: Protection
Apply the nano coating to the entire bodywork to protect the result.
Step 6: Interior cleaning
Vacuum, clean plastics with multi-surface cleaner, treat seats and carpets with foam fabric cleaner.
Step 7: Finishing touches
Windows, rims, air freshener — the final touches that make the difference.
